Unbelievable! Can't believe this company is involved in crypto. I opened an account with them on October 12, 2022, and everything was fine until they locked me out on October 24, 2022, claiming they needed to review my account. I filed a complaint, but it seems like I got the same old response. They told me it would take two months to complete the review. After waiting two months, I got an email saying my account was closed and that I needed to provide my bank details to get my funds back. I already gave them all my bank info, but then I received another email saying my account is still under review. This is just not right. Don't believe anything you read; you'll understand after going through this. I think it's time to file an official complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Yesterday, I transferred funds from my Ziglu account to a different account, but the money hasn’t shown up yet! What’s going on?!!!

What a complete joke of a business! They keep putting mass restrictions on accounts and shutting them down. They’re laying off employees, and honestly, I felt like my cash was at risk here. They went ahead and closed my account!!

Folks, it's a scam. You put your cash into their system, and then they freeze your account for a review that drags on for ages. Don't believe this company; they ignore your emails. I had to take them to county court to get my money back. It's a new type of con.

Fingers crossed this continues and they maintain their solid performance. I'm really optimistic about this company.

I rated it 4 stars mainly due to the lagging problem with the app, but it seems to be getting better now. To sum it up, Ziglu is a digital banking service that comes with a ton of benefits, like a real debit card!

Think about savings accounts that offer 2-5% returns, the ability to access foreign currencies, and a variety of crypto investments that can fluctuate in value, so keep that in mind!
